During the construction phase we provide you with your personalized login access to our Construction Management Software Suite (CMS). This details all aspects of the construction process; budgets, time tables, selections, communications, warranty etc.
We meet together on site to review the completion of the framing phase as well as review all of our electrical, mechanical and plumbing requirements prior to commencing the rough-ins.
After Team Stoneledge performs our final QC inspections and internal punch lists we will meet on-site to review all aspects of the home so that you may ask relevant questions about systems and/or performance. We will also conduct a thorough review of all finishes and final home construction quality. Taking note of any items that you feel may need to be addressed prior to closing. Our goal is to ensure that you are 100% satisfied with your home and that it is 100% complete at closing!
It’s the best part! At closing you will receive a photo diary of your home’s construction process, a home information manual, a warranty booklet and the keys to your new custom dream home!
